Sephora has introduced a Teen Makeup Class – the retailer’s new beauty class developed to teach teens new to skincare and beauty regimes.

The 90 minute class is free for Beauty Insiders, and “engaging and interactive,” Sephora states. Participants are encouraged to bring a friend. The coaches demonstrate everyday looks, while explaining first steps to prep skin before applying makeup. 

“Lessons” include discussing the fundamentals of good skincare, using Skincare IQ to determine the best products for each student’s type.

Other beauty tips include how to softly define lips, cheeks and eyes with light touches of flattering color – making sure everyone will be able to recreate the look at home.
